Moisture is known to be the number one cause of your floor system failing. We only do dry preparation work to ensure that your floor isn’t exposed to any unnecessary moisture. We then start to patch/trowel all cracks, holes, and joints to create a seamless floor. We then apply the first coat of your flooring system. The time to complete the whole process depends on the floor you choose and takes an average of 2-5 days.
